ЛЮБИМАЯ УЧИТЕЛЬНИЦА
22.06.2013 Каждый день на уроках, в классах, в коридорах мы встречаем наших учителей, но никогда не задумываемся об их судьбе и жизни вне стен школы. Поэтому я решила взять интервью моей любимой учительницы Соловьевой Любовь Васильевны, которая проработала в нашей школе 28 лет.Любовь Васильевна, когда Вы решили для себя, что станете преподавателем?
Первые мысли появились в 7-8 классах. У меня была любимая учительница Эльвира Борисовна, которая учила по английскому языку. Сколько подарков я ей дарила, нежных комплиментов говорила – с улыбкой на лице вспоминает Любовь Васильевна. Но Эльвира Борисовна проработала ещё 3 года и уехала в город. Долго я ходила в школу грустная, но потом потихоньку привыкла новой учительнице.
А в каком году Вы сами закончили школу, и в каком году поступили в институт(вуз)?
Я закончила школу в 1981 году. Мне нравилось учиться, но я считаю, что не всем моим учителям подходила их профессия. Многие из них весьма подпортили жизнь ученикам. В том числе и мне. Тогда я решила, что, когда стану учителем, никогда не стану так поступать. Никогда не стану унижать учеников, понимая, что воспитанный ребенок не может ответить учителю на его некорректное поведение. Я считаю, что взрослый человек должен находить в себе силы признавать свои ошибки и даже извиняться перед учеником, если того требует ситуация. После поступила в Удмуртсикй Государственный Университет. Закончила 1986 году и приехала свой родной край. Сначала была заместителем директора, потом педагог-организатор, сейчас учу русский язык и литературу и удмуртский язык и литературу.
Сейчас большое внимание уделяется «кризису переходного возраста», который во многом влияет на отношения ребенка и окружающих его людей. Какие отношения в школьные годы складывались между Вами и Вашей семьей?
Родители никогда не ругали меня за плохие оценки. Для них основным стержнем были мои знания, а не оценки. В приоритете было, прежде всего, воспитание меня, как человека в полноценном смысле этого слова. Они оказались правы. Теперь я так же воспитываю и своих собственных детей. Я четко знаю: если человек сам стремится что-то достичь, он обязательно этого добьется, и оценки в этом особенной роли не играют.
Я не раз замечала, что вы помните в лицо многих учеников, даже тех, у кого вы не преподаете. Как у Вас это получается? Насколько надо любить людей и детей, чтобы контакт с ними не доставлял дискомфорт?
Здесь уместнее словосочетание «интересоваться людьми». Любить людей – это немного не то. Нужно интересоваться людьми, с которыми ты ежедневно работаешь, дружишь, общаешься. Когда такой интерес есть в тебе, ты обращаешь свое внимание на многие детали. На некоторую манерность одного ученика, на внутренний свет в лице другого, и так далее. Даже в учениках, с которыми у нас нет общения на уроках, за несколько слов или фраз, произнесенных ими, можно увидеть внутреннюю работу, которая может удивлять и интересовать. Если у тебя есть интерес к людям, все это будоражит твое любопытство, твое воображение. Ты задумываешься о том, что будет потом с этим человеком, что и как ему удается, что в нем происходит в эту минуту. Мне всегда интересно соприкасаться с тем, что дети готовят друг для друга и для нас – преподавателей. КВНы, выступления, концерты, фрагменты творчества, спортивные достижения – всегда хочется увидеть. Все это остается в памяти. Если же просто идти и видеть перед собой большое количество людей, конечно, невозможно разделить и запомнить их всех.
